EUROqCHARM organised this online webinar, "Presenting Euroqcharm project outcomes to foster global database synchronization", that was held on the 18th April 2023 from 8:30-12:30 CET.
This workshop was a chance to share insights on EUROqCHARM project outcomes that we believe are relevant and useful for the global stakeholders dealing with monitoring and tackling plastic pollution, in order to foster a harmonized approach also at Global level. The programme included contributions from the work package leaders and the following topics will be covered:
- Screening and analysis of existing methods and protocols for plastic pollution monitoring
- Validation of methods for plastics analysis in environmental samples
- Harmonisation: Integrate recommended procedures with policy, legislation and risk assessment
- Capacity building "A detailed programme will follow shortly
